This revelation allowed me to combine my passion for personal growth with my newfound gift as a writer. Through my books, my goal is to inspire others to achieve their goals, overcome obstacles, and discover their own potential. This combination of being a certified coach and an author has given me the opportunity to impact lives in ways I never imagined. My passion for helping people grow and the art of writing have become my path to inspire and empower others to achieve their highest dreams and goals.
It hasn't all been smooth sailing. With my family's move to Florida came an even greater challenge. Freshly arrived in a new city after the hurricane's devastation, my youngest son found himself in a school where social differences were like an invisible but palpable wall. In that new environment, he was labeled 'the refugee,' a label that reflected an undeniable truth. However, this truth carried an unfair burden, as he was subjected to bullying that no child should ever have to endure.
From manager to writer.

It was in mid-2018 that fate surprised me and revealed a talent that had been hidden on my wish list, a creative spark I had long postponed. As the proverb says, 'When the student is ready, the teacher appears.' That teacher was life itself, and the talent that emerged from me was the art of writing books.
This short story reminds us that it's never too late to follow your passion, even when you're immersed in professional and personal responsibilities. Adversity can be the push you need to discover your hidden talents.
Discipline, faith, and staying focused on your purpose are key to success; however, without action, it's all for nothing. There's no greater truth than the proverb that says, "faith without works is dead." Furthermore, sharing your knowledge can enrich the lives of others.
Currently, my son is studying graphic design and created the covers for my three books. "Writing and sharing my work has opened doors to various organizations, including PEN Puerto Rico International. This organization brings together poets, essayists, and storytellers in Puerto Rico and is dedicated to promoting literature and defending human rights, with a particular focus on freedom of expression."
This, of course, severely undermined his self-esteem. It was then, in the solitude of my home, with memories of hikes in the mountains and the wisdom of Solomon's proverbs, that the creative spark ignited. Inspired by this unique combination of experiences, and with the sole purpose of restoring a sense of purpose to my son's life, the idea of writing a book was born—my first book, "Be Wise, My Son!"
Ideas flowed like a river, and soon I had a list of projects in various stages of development. Evenings became a haven of creativity, filled with tireless writing, reading, studying, and researching from 7:30 pm upon arriving home after a day's secular work until nearly midnight.
Then, with renewed spirit and unwavering determination, I would get up at 4:30 am (now I sleep half an hour longer) ready to face the new day.
